The three course menu has been specially created for seafood lovers and includes half WA Lobster served Mornay with parisienne mash potato and char grilled vegetables. The restaurant is also a feast for the eyes with tropical aquariums, seafood tanks and stylish interior.

Valentines Day Dinner includes your choice of entrée and main from the Valentine’s menu plus a dessert platter to share, sparkling wine on arrival and silk rose for each couple. Price: $129 per person.

• Beef carpaccio of Certified Australian Angus with warm mushroom salad & parmesan
• Salt & pepper calamari with eggplant and tomato compote and lime aioli
• Seared scallops with wakami seaweed salad & vanilla soy reduction
• Lasagna with layers of smoked salmon, crème fraiche and fresh avocado

Main

• ½ WA Lobster served Mornay with parisienne mash potato and char grilled vegetables
• 350g MSA Rib eye served on the bone with truffled potato puree and red wine jus
• Grilled Seafood Assiette, Chef’s selection of the freshest seafood from today’s market including Moreton bay bugs, king prawns, baby octopus, grilled salmon and calamari
• Rotisserie Barramundi fillet with roast capsicum coulis served with mashed potato and grilled vegetable stack
